Use the password given by management. If you have changed the password previously, it would be what you had set it up last time.

You can change the password once you login.

To check your email, you can use any of the 3 programs, but SquirrelMail is the quickest, and easiest. They all access the same mailbox, so you won't lose any mail.

All mail during this time is also getting copied to the normal server, so when the main server goes back online, you will have copies of all emails you have read. If you want copies of mail you SENT, you should cc a copy to yourself.
