I want to thank your staff, particularly Mr. Mark Ippolito for his service this past Saturday, Dec. 5. If you don’t know, we are a contracting firm that has a $10 mill contract to replace the existing floodwalls at Bayou St. John and Lakeshore Dr.. It has to be done by next June, before the next hurricane season. This past Saturday we were rigging up for driving H piles and we needed some replacement rigging in a hurry. We contacted Mr. Ippolito and described our situation and told him our needs. He quickly gave me the pricing over the phone and we said go and the rigging we required was delivered within 3 hrs and we were able drive our first H Pile while the Colonel from the Corps of Engineers was onsite to watch. In this business many people tell me they will do anything that is required for our business, but when we put them to the test very few come through.. It’s very good to know that Mark Ippolito and the rest of your crew are ones that will come through when needed.

It’s easy to talk the talk… not so easy to walk the walk…

When we buy materials of all types it is never based solely on price, but also on service, lots of people have rigging…not everybody the service we need to keep us running…
